Squid meat is an excellent source of complete proteins.
Know that 100 grams of the product contains 18 grams of protein, which is considered a very good indicator.
It is the protein content in squid that contributes to their reduction in size when cooked.
This process is called - and Denaturation of proteins (lat. denaturatus - lacking natural properties; from de- - a prefix meaning separation, removal + natura - nature, nature) - a change in the natural conformation of a protein molecule under the influence of various destabilizing factors .
Simply put, the change in the shape and structure of the protein during its thermal processing. By the way, we ourselves are not against denaturing by frying morning-fried eggs.
The denaturation process is reversible, that is when the structure of the protein is self-repairing and irreversible - it is already like in fried eggs: if it is fried once, it will no longer be liquid.
Devices for smas lifting, by the way, officially approved such "machines" once or twice and counting, for example, Altera, work precisely according to the principle of protein denaturation in the skin. It simply heats up, it folds and pulls the flap of skin with it, while the layers of the skin are soldered together.
Of course, after such a thermal effect, the effect simply cannot but be, but it is good or bad - we decide for ourselves ....
Don't forget that we are a group FOR cosmetology, not anti!
And this is in no way an anti post.
But to be informed is to be armed.
